Hi folks, here's what I had for tea tonight, its a portobello mushroom with a pizza topping and I baked some sweet potato wedges with it and had some fennel, chilli, rainbow chard and peas too. For the portobello mushroom pizza, I cooked some tomatoes with garlic and oregano and put that on the stem side of the mushroom and topped with grated farmhouse Leicester cheese and grated chilli with a little oregano and I baked them with the sweet potato wedges. I was hungry and was a bit greedy with the wedges LOL.
This is a great gluten free, wheat free alternative pizza base too
