Hi, my nephew is staying and I’ve just showered him. He is 9 and lives with Autism. This is the current state of his big toe. What does it look like?

An ingrowing toenail. It could become infected & even more painful if not treated, so a good idea to take him to see his GP.

It looks like it's infected. I had something similar on my thumb. Poor chap. Perhaps the chemist can help or a trip to the doctor's. I hope it gets better very soon. I know how sore those can be. 🌿
