Good morning Folks,
Here's a photo of my breakfast this morning, its cold and frosty here and I'm going to go out on my mountain bike so I want a filling breakfast, I'm also struggling with weight loss issues.
I normally grill tomatoes but like mushrooms a bit crispy so cook them gently in a little v-olive oil, I have one egg whisked with lacto free milk the mushrooms are my favourite chestnut mushrooms and the tomatoes are baby plum ones, the bread is home made using quinoa flour, ground chia seeds, ground linseed, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds. And the mug of tea is to wash it down LOL 😊
