Hi folks, well heres what I had for tea tonight its a stir fry with baby turnips, rainbow chard, chestnut mushrooms, chilli, baby sweet peppers and sugar snaps, spiced with a little coriander,cumin, ginger and turmeric 250ml coconut milk and the juice of one lime. I washed and prepared the veg and lightly fried in virgin olive oil until it was tender and then I added the coconut milk a few minutes before serving. I had it with a baked potato.
Lime juice helps aid digestion so is very good for slimmers and it packs a nutritional punch. I often drink freshly squeezed lemon and lime with honey.
