Day 1

So Day 1 has been completed! Made a homemade curry with low fat yoghurt instead of coconut milk, it was different but tasty!

I’m glad the first day is over with, I always think the first week is the hardest! Good luck to everyone out there who’s stayed on their journey and continuing to do well and those do overs like myself and the new starters! We can do this! :)
