Sauerkraut step I.

Cabbage shredded, salted, & undergone first round of Tuina. Round ii about to commence.

Anyone have any recommendations on how to remove red cabbage stain from my fingernails?

Hi BadHare ,

Great that you're starting your Sauerkraut. Maybe soak your fingers in lemon juice to remove the stains - I've heard that is good for beetroot stains, so should also work for cabbage stains?

I looked at lemons this afternoon, & promply forgot. :-/ I'm more sensible with beetroot. If there's a next time, I'm shredding the cabage & pouring kefir on top. Doubt it'll taste the same, but the effect could be better, for me, without all the salt.
