There's no need to reply to this...

I occasionally post here. Recently my posts have increased.

I cannot help but notice (in common with Quora.com) how friendly the posts are. Even if someone disagrees (low v high whatever...) they do so NICELY and uncontroversially.

So I just thought I'd post and say 'thank you' to everyone but as this seems a bit 'luvvi-like' I will title this post as such

:-)

What a lovely 'luvvy' post - I love it! :-)

I guess this is a healthy eating forum and if we were punk rockers it would be "who wants to eat food like that...expeted deleted"...LOL

I'm glad the forum makes you feel like that 🎃

It's essential to be luvvie or we're barred! :-s

I've noticed a few knowledgeable regular responders are missing recently, so perhaps they've not bothered to report the issue higher up the HU chain to get reinstated, or they've just had enough after being sanctioned for being correct.

Plus, there's no one size fits all re what's healthy for each other, which we all need to accept!

What a lovely post and thank you for posting :)
