Has your doctor given you a list of low sodium foods at your last appointment? Did you get a prescription for blood pressure control? If on medication, please check the blood pressure medication insert for interaction(s).

Ask your doctor for the list so nothing interacts with your medication.

If you are D controlling bs will control bp to a great extent because as d your blood vessels are edematous /swollen with fluid and inelastic. Once edema is got rid of blood vessels become more compliant and bp gets under control.
