My first week and Ive lost 5lbs !! Im over the moon When I think back over the past week I haven't eaten biscuits had butter on my bread or toast and eaten loads of fruit and veg I have also planned my meals ahead so this has to be the key for me Anyway I am determined to carry on as I am It feels so good and that's 1 spare tyre gone round my middle !!

Wow, that's a great loss. Biscuits and crisps, not to mention a small glass f wine with my dinner seem to be enough to stop me losing weight, although otherwise I eat a fairly healthy diet. I will follow your example to do better.
