I feel like chicken once a week

But the problem is that chicken fillets from my local Tesco's is not suitable. Apart from a popping sound when I do cook it, it tastes fine. So, has anyone else had this effect when cooking chicken in a microwave? I've tried chicken fillets from my local butchers and that is the same. Apart from buying unprocessed chicken legs or breasts, is there anyone that can explain this phenomena?

It's probably just air escaping when it's being cooked.

Thanks. I must admit that is a thought. It's not a recent phenomena nor one I have noticed for a long time. Mmmmm.
