Do the cinnamon in this post have to be organic and do you charge for being a follower of this page

This link will tell you quite a lot about cinnamon also it regulates the blood sugar. its quite important to read it as you need to get the correct cinnamon and it will tell you why. its from sri lanka which was once called ceylon. your always best to get organic, my one is called Suma.organic ground cinnamon 25g, product of ski lanka.
