Intermittent fastng
I've been intermittent fasting for a month and I surely will make this a lifestyle habit, because the improvements I've felt on my wellbeing and digestive health are remarkable. I usually fast for 14 hours but sometimes I don't really feel like eating, such is the feeling of lightness, that it extends for 17 hours maximum. I think it is quite beneficial to let your system rest of doing digestion all the time and I do recommend it to everyone.
Hi Hidden ,
What is good for one person may not always be good for everyone else. For example: Eating Goji berries is okay if you're not on insulin and a type 1. Type 1 diabetics take insulin to help control blood sugars. Goji berries lower blood sugars and a type 1 would drop and have severe lows if they ate them. Type 2 diabetics can have Goji berries because they want to control their diabetes through diet and exercise-- with very little medication as possible.
Goji berries can lower the blood sugars. It can help type 2's, but, they should be careful--- like with anything. Please check with your doctor about it, first.
Be really careful not. O did and was very to eat too many goji berries. I did and was extremely uncomfortable for a few days!!
