I'm going to be honest when I admit that I had a cheese sandwich with mayo on it now my body told me right away that I made a big mistake I almost instantly felt like throwing up and I was very constipated it took a few hours to start feeling better now that I'm knowledge first hand about my reaction to cheese and the mayo I'll stay away from these foods I'm ok with eating salads and vegetables

Hi 8721 ,

Just wondered how you've been getting on since you ate that meal - hopefully you've had some meals which haven't affected you so much since then, and I hope you have a really good weekend.

I am so sorry to hear you had that experience last night, that must have been very painful, and glad to hear that they've prescribed another medicine for you. Glad to hear you're feeling better today, and take it easy over the weekend. :-)

Great, hope there's a good film on. I'm going to watch TV too - just boiling the kettle for a cup of tea. :-) I hope your follow-up appointment goes well. Wishing you all the best for a good recovery and hopefully a calm and relaxing weekend. :-)
