Hi Backtobasics95 ,

I listened to this and found it incredibly relaxing - she has a very nice way of presenting her recipe, and the food she cooked looked really good.

I was surprised that she strained the egg mixture though - I don't think I'd bother to do that if I was going to try it out.

Have you tried it, and what did you think?

No I haven't tried it. I did find it interesting how she strained the egg mixture, I might have to research the reason for that.
