That's a lot of weight in 6 months. Loosing 2lbs a week may not be healthy.

Try cutting out all processed foods foods, especially artificial sweeteners. These play havoc with the metabolism, & are counterproductive for weight loss. They're also toxic to gut bacteria which are important for nutrient absorption.

Eat a good probiotics every day, such as kefir, which will improve your digestion. Add lots of vegetables & fruit to your diet. If you have snacks, make sure they're healthy & contain some protein such as nuts & seeds.

I use restrictive eating times, so I can eat more & stay the same weight.

I know people that do 5/2 diet, & have lost a lot of weight doing food combing, ie, nothing processed & no carbs or protein in the same meal.
