Pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds are all good.
But remember the saying "you can't outrun a bad diet", so make sure the rest of your diet is healthy too, as just adding some seeds to unhealthy food doesn't make it healthy
I eat Chia & linseeds every day, also Walnuts, almonds, & Brazil nuts. Any unprocessed seeds would be good for you, such as millet, hemp, black onion, sesame, etc. They're high in good oils & some high in protein.
Sprouting beans are also good.
