Do someone knows a way to do a drinking which helps to burn fat? And even it's not home made , if someone knows a good burner fat just let me know :)

I presume you mean calories not specifically fat. There is no food or drink that will really be better at consuming the calories you eat. 60%-70% of the food consumed is taken up with the body's basic metabolic processes like breathing, cell regeneration, blood circulation. You burn calories even when you are not moving at all. But the rest is a question of balancing what goes in with what comes out. Too much and the body stores it as fat.

No magic bullet I'm afraid just eating less of certain things and exercising more.

There's no magic drink invented, & the things sold to burn fat are just gimmicks.

Try adding chillies to your food, & avoid raw cruciferous veg.

Fruit and herbal teas are mostly water, so they are good for weight loss, as they fill you up. Black coffee is low calorie, but the caffeine can irritate the system if drunk in large quantities.

Fruit juices and smoothies often have a high sugar content, so should be an occasional treat.

Just choose drinks that are low in sugar and low in fat or oil, but high in water....or maybe just drink plain water!

Muscle burns energy. Get toned and u will burn more calories. There is No magic food which will burn fat or calories. Just eat less.
