Found myself buying cookies when i got lunch today, didn't even think about it until i got back to my desk.... so made myself give them to the rest of the team so i didn't have to eat them !!! does anyone else do stuff like this?

I'm the same. Can't have things I'm not allowed Otherwise I'll stuff myself with chocolate and cookies

No but people in my office are constantly buying similar stuff for us all to eat.

It takes great will power but I generally resist even taking 1 biscuit as it would quickly become 2 etc.

My weight is high enough and I am struggling to reduce it without snacking on biscuits every few minutes.
