Hi I'm trying to lose weight, have high cholesterol I suffer with IBS , reflux and I am fed up with looking 8 months pregnant I have asked doctor about this which was not very helpful I take capsules 3 times a day to stop cramps but dose not help with bloating can anyone recommend something to take or do I've joined the gym, but I'm struggling has I'm graving sweet things I'm 54 and never had a sweet tooth till I hit my fifties, help help ππͺ

Hello... I also have IBS and reflux. I went to see a naturopath doctor because my GP was useless. I've gone off of gluten and Dairy and started taking probiotics and digestive enzymes. Started feeling better immediately and within a few months my tummy started to go down in size....plus I joined a gym!

Hello again...naturopath dr just recommended that I start taking them. I have a vitamin and supplement store that have knowledgable staff and they were able to help me. Being gluten and dairy free as well taking probiotics and enzymes should really help you feel better.... as well as going to gym is a great start to shedding weight.

I can recommend following the Gut Makeover by Jeanette Hyde. Book available on amazon. It's a 4 week plan but results were amazing. Tough but worth it.
I used to get a LOT of acid reflux in bed -- totally uncontrollable, I would just suddenly get a mouthful of vomit!! 3 years ago, at age 67, I took up running ( started out with the C25K programme) and stopped drinking wine - lost weight ( about 10 Kgs) and belly ( lost 8 inches around my waist) and the reflux has now completely gone.
