Just started natural vinegar and water (no honey or lemon ) just 5 days ago...will have to wait and see ????

I have a digestion from the lemon juice. This recipe is not good for the body.

organic raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with Mother - 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon honey in 1 cup warm water --- on empty stomach - have this on empty stomach - wait 20 minutes, then have breakfast. It works for gerd and leg cramps - after 2 weeks you will feel the results

Hi I have been drinking apple cider vinegar in warm water for a couple of months. I have noticed weight loss especially around the waist. I also had a bit of a cold so added lemon to it and it certainly stopped my cold getting any worse. I have now told my family to drink it too.
