honey and hot drinks

As a beekeeper, I know that if you put honey in a hot drink or hot water, this destroys all the amazing qualities and usefulness of honey.

If you have asthma, it is best to have the locally produced honey as this gives minute quanties of pollen and helps build resistance.

Honey is sugar, I give my bees sugar in the winter months to keep them going, but very healthy!
