Whatever body you are in, is you and beautiful. And if you slip into loving it, you'll radiate. Skinny isnt all it's cracked up to be. But if you want to lose weight, just move more, in any way, sit less, and just eat smaller portions with the meat being the accompaniment rather than the main part of the meal. Eat like an Italian.

Stop eating processed foods that come in packaged form -eg cans, plastic containers, etc. Meat, fish and poultry - vegetables -fruit- whole grains - milk. Turn home cooking into a hobby instead of a daily chore. :)

From living in a society where everywhere you go all you all you see is quick and easily accessible unhealthy food, it's so easy not to eat right, in my opinion try to forget about the size you are, slimming down naturally will be a lot healthy for you than going on a crazed diet, skinny people can still be highly unhealthy. A book that's helped me with plain healthy eating was called the diet myth. And of course cut back on processed foods, tinned foods, sauces, all fizzy drinks. Try a large breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner.

All the best
