Arthritis and diabetes

I want to a lecture which can help me overcome my arthritis which has complicated a lot of problem for me.

Having a pre-existing condition can make things more difficult, I have fibromyalgia which means excercising is something I can't do. I however remind myself that loosing weight will improve my condition and the thought of being in less pain is what drives me.
