Hi , just to introduce myself , I am a 66 year old who has in the last 18 months or so lost four and a half stone and is now in the process of ruining it all by already putting back on a stone !! I feel so stupid but I know I can do it with a bit of support . Please help and in return I will try to help others .

Hi, if you lost the weight before, you know how to do it, it's maintaining it that seems to be the problem. Are you on the weight loss forum, great bunch of people on there, very supportive. Good luck!
