Has anybody got any good ideas of trying eat healthy while out? Because I work a lot I tend to eat meals in bars and restaurants a lot and am a bit concerned these will have a lot of calories in

Just do all healthy swaps and give away your food I've did that the past 2 times I've ate out ;)

Look at the menu online before you go and make good choices

Pizza express do a healthy range, they are pow calorie and really nice too. I ate there with friends on Friday
