I am now in my 15 weeks of following the NHS weight loss plan. There is not a lot of help on this site for a vegetarian like me but learning to calorie count is the same whatever diet you follow. So in 15 weeks I have lost 1st 3lbs. I have also gone down a dress size which is great. The thing this site does help with is not wasting your calories. If you want to share that bottle of wine with your partner - go ahead but make sure you include it in your daily allowance.
