Intolerant to high fibre foods

I am intolerant to high fibre foods so tend to eat protein and carbs with just a few grapes or segments of fruit about two or three times a week. Does anyone know which fruits and veg are low fibre?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately banana leaves me in absolute agony. I have this problem for years and most fruit or veg if I have more than a small amount means I am stuck to the loo the following day or even earlier, depending upon what I have eaten. I am trying to manage my weight but given what I can eat, this is very difficult.
