If you weren't used to drinking water then you may have been dehydrated. By taking in more liquid your body would have been grateful and retained what it needed and hence you haven't observed weight reduction. If that is the case, having re-hydrated (and keeping so), your water intake as such should not affect your weight - though it may help make you feel fuller for longer and thus help you reduce your calorie intake.

Have there been other changes in what has passed your lips?

Remember too that water is contained in tea and coffees, milk, fruit and vegetables (in fact any food which isn't completely dessicated). To the body, a water molecule is a water molecule, whether it came from fruit, a glass of tap water or a milk shake. (That's not to say that all sources have equal value to the body overall.)

I dont usually drink water but im keeping a 1 litre bottle in the fridge just tap water which im drinking throughout the day with a struggle but i know it is good for me im trying to cut down on the junk as in crisps chocolate etc i have.

I will keep on with the water for a week and see what happens, yes maybe the body is in shock i know im running to the toilet more so it is coming back out 🙈🙈

Im looking at it water weighs in a bottle so that is in my body if that makes sense.

Im trying to cut down on bread as that is not to good for me but cereal and porridege are no good they dont fill me.
