I've binged for as long as i can remember on and off. Drinking energy drinks and eating nonsense instead of having proper meals...yet i never thought it was a big deal as i was active. Life got busy with work and keeping active has become inconsistent if not non-existent. I need all the support i can get to lead a healthy life again and regain fitness so i can enjoy activities again.
