welll hiii..
i am 16 and a boarding school student. well you know school does not provide anything that is healthy to eat espeacially boarding schools. i have to eat what they serve or i did not have anything to eat . my meals at school is full of fats and carbs which is not good .
breakfast we will have fried foods like puffs , recess we will eat fried foods too but more heavier like fried noodles, fried rice or anything similar. lunch normally we will have rice two protein dish like chicken curry and fried squid and a veggie dish . one thing that i cant avoid all of these are cooked with too much oil and msg. dinner will be the same like lunch and for supper we will have fried carbs again or burger or noodles soup. its hard and i cant make my own food. if i avoid to eat it i will starve.
Any suggestions ...??
