Hi I'm a 52 year old female that was very fit and healthy when I was in my 30's gradually over the years I let things get a bit out of control and got to over 12 stone (I am 5'4"), with calorie control and exercise I have managed to get to the upper limits for my height 10st 7lbs, I hope that over the next 6 months I can bring that down by about 10lb. I need to eat healthier, the only meat I eat is fish.
