So at the end of last year, I made an agreement with a friend of mine to help each other attain our weight loss goals and so far I've lost 15 pounds but she's been posting pics looking slender and I guess I feel like jeaousy is creeping up in me with the fear that everyone's gonna notice her and I'll be the one in the shadows.... I hate this feeling...

I know this is easier said than done but you need to try to base your self esteem on how you feel about yourself not how you think others see you (which probably isn't how they see you at all!). You have done brilliantly to lose 15 pounds! You must feel better for that?
Anyway, not everyone likes the girl in the limelight, some people like the quieter ones in the shadows.
Well done for losing that much, I wish I had managed half of that in the same time! I'm doing lots of walking, some cycling and have tried to cut my carb intake and virtually no sugar but seem to be stuck. As the previous answer said we're all different. I think you've done really well and I'm sure you feel better for it. Don't give up, love M
Wow
I like you with or without the Weight Lost
If one appraises you physically Only he/she is making a big loss. If you saw yourself as less than you are cause of the weight Loss. Be sure Some race at the beginning and slack at the end and some slack and then race. In both cases its not about the other its still about YOU. I like YOU

Wow well done for losing that much. Like u I am losing weight with a friend and she has lost nearly 2 stone whilst I only lost 9lbs in the same time. Unfair? But I am doing c25k whilst she's just walking the dog. I eat proper food whilst she's drinking shakes. Longer term who will be more healthy? Me I hope! Like others say, it's not about others it's about what u are doing for urself. Ur body is different to ur friend's. Focus on urself. Easier said than done I know. Keep believing in yourself. ๐
