I'm on my 3rd day of Week 2 of the 12 week challenge. I found week 1 okay, managed to stick to my calorie limit and lost just under 4lbs! However on Saturday I went on a long full day walk in the country and so exceeded my calorie limit as I needed the energy. I'm now struggling to keep to it, as Saturday was so nice as I didn't worry about going over my limit. The next few days are the beginnings of holidays and I am worried about putting the weight back on. I understand I probably won't loose any weight this week, but I don't want to gain any. Any tips anyone?
