Well just started running, want to lose some weight, much of my problem stems from alcohol, what can I eat, supplement or do to de-stress and not cave in. My worst time is when I get home from work. Any ideas?

Yes. Make sure you eat before you drink. when you eat you crave less for alcohol. I cannot stress enough the feel good factor from drinking one drink or none if your running during the day. Alcohol is a habit change this for a fitter body.

Hi Sedlif. You've formed a habit so your body looks for alcohol probably because you need energy after finishing work. You have to somehow break that habit and not take that first drink. Have a long drink of something else. Often we are dehydrated when tired especially if a lot of coffee or tea is drunk during the day or just not enough water drunk. Eat something. Better to eat than drink alcohol but try to make it nutritious rather than junk. You will see the results on the scales. You will never lose weight f you drink too much.
