you need a strong dose of antibiotics. very difficult to take but will kill it off.
you need to go to your doctor and have a blood test to confirm the infection.
Just incase your afraid of needles and haven't gone- they can usually do a breath test now, no needles required 
but yes, if you have H.Pylori you need antibiotics
