I have always thought that walking is such a good activity and has great all round health benefits for body, mind, weight loss, heart health, diabetes, boosting energy etc to mention just a few. It’s much easier on the joints than jogging or running and for me is more sustainable long term and you can go at your own pace.
Just 30 minutes a day could make all the difference and it’s a cheap activity that doesn’t involve a financial outlay, membership or equipment. Walking ticks all of my boxes 👍🚶♀️😁
