Think I may be on the mend

โ€ข12 Replies

Hi all

I had a lovely walk with my hubby this morning and we did just over 14,000 steps. I was surprised after I had lunch that I wanted to go on a fast walk. I set off again after lunch and have walked 30,093 steps, the most I've walked in a very long time.

A few of you will understand what that means to me as I love exercising outdoors and fast walking is my favourite but as I was poorly back in November I was unable to exercise.

Yay, back on track๐Ÿ˜

Hi Alicia,

This is fantastic - and I am really happy to see your progress, and re-gaining your fitness. I know how much you love exercising outdoors, and glad to hear you're back on track.

Zest :-) xx

Hi Zest

Thank you and yes I'm so happy to be 'back in the zone'. It's been a frustrating few months but so glad I'm nearly out the other end.

Here's to lots more walking and I'll be going to The Lake District soon.

Impressive, I canโ€™t walk that far anymore but I do enjoy being outside and strolling very much.

Thank you Caz. Even if you can't walk far I do find it very therapeutic even if ambling in the countryside, so good for you.

I do between 3&5 miles per day so not too bad x

Hay well done Caz, that's excellent. ๐Ÿ˜€ I need to walk more regularly and as I'm feeling better than I was now's the time to 'up the anti' so to speak.

You certainly are back on track. Good for you and that's a great step count .

Thank you Ali. I went out for a walk in the morning with hubby and then decided that I would up my step count by going on a power walk. It's me challenging myself and thinking that we have to make the most of life as we only get one :)
