cold and painful extremities

i am cncerned i desnt matter how many layers i put on 2 scks gloves

my feet and hands are consitently cold i have decent circulation and my blood pressure is normal i am concerned its a result of my sah in dec 2007 does anyone else notice this its cold outside but they hurt even inside

Keep walking as much as possible when outside, thats what I do and it seems to help...

i do try problem my mobility is such for present i cant get 3 yards without supportiung arm consistently refused physio by nhs despite my gp requesting it

It is so frustrating but yes for me too in the early years after my injury i had terrible circulation both in my hands and feet. Today (32 years on, my circulation is still bad but I just need to remember my gloves, thick socks and hat... try covering your head too as we lose most of our body heat out of our head and if you can not walk far enough to build up exertion, you justneed to be warm all the time!!!
