Headway phone number dead - 0808 800 2244

Hello. I've tried ringing the helpline no. numerous times today from my landline and mobile but keep getting dead tone. Can anyone from Headway comment or explain? I'm wanting to get hold of a survivor card as mentioned in various blogs.

Thank you for your post, and please accept our apologies for the problems with the helpline today. We have been experiencing problems with our phones this morning, but we have managed to restore the helpline service so do give it another try.

We will be operating with less lines for the time being but if you can't get through straight away we will return any answerphone messages as soon as we can.
