Hi Onedayok, I appreciate your negative thoughts and frustrations, but you will be able to stop your fall.

Unfortunately nothing is controlled by a switch and it takes time to adopt your thoughts to a more positive mentality. I would recommend you read some positive articles and books, personally I would recommend The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, which I have visited whenever necessary over recent years. I also remind myself there are many people in worse conditions than me throughout the world.
