Look around for a lawyer that does straight forward wills. They don't need to cost the moon. You do need to have one and in the long run it's best to have it done correctly. You also need to not run onto trouble with someone claiming your husband is not able to make a will - and a lawyer vets that.
If your husband has issues with managing some aspects of daily life, you may need to appoint someone to help him.
In other words, your situation is not so straightforward and you need to be sure your basics are covered.
