That's good to know Felix.

I have cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine issues and found that some exercises improve symptoms while others exacerbate them. Finding the right combination is important and recently I had a huge breakthrough by coming up with a different combination of exercises with a neurophysio. It's a mixture of mindful movement/ qi gong, light weights/ circuit training and cycling on the toes and walking up steep hills on the toes. It all avoids compression of the spine and after six months my movements and body feels amazing.

Keep going, try different things that could enhance your recovery and combine them all into a rehab routine.

Never give up.

What a long road you've travelled over the past 7+ years Felix. And your continuing fortitude, and determination to beat your infirmities, is so inspiring. This latest development is yet another step towards an enhanced quality of life.

Wishing you continuing progress, hopefully leading to happier and more independent days ahead.

Where are you now Felix ? ....and have your family offered any support yet ?
