Feeling a bit rough on Tuesday I thought I'd use up the last of my Covid lateral flow tests to help clean our a cupboard and jings and crivvens it came back with the two red lines.

I've avoided it entirely until now despite living with someone who caught it twice and having other near misses. I thought I was magically immune like my dad who got it but had no symptoms. But no it seems I had just been lucky until now.

I blame Taylor Swift, she had a number of huge stadium concerts in town recently and I've seen lots of reports of people on the Internet would caught it from that. There is a general spike of Covid cases in the country just now and Public Health Scotlanf have been updating their graphs frequently. Wet weather probably doesnt help with people spending more time indoors. Most likely I got it from being in a local busy pub last weekend.

I'm cycling through the symptoms but so far nothing too unusual or worrying and my home made kombucha tastes as good as ever.

Pleasingly I've no particular brain fog or other head injury related issues. Yet.

Wish me luck!
