Hi all,

My husband and I are separating due to me having a brain cancer surgery injury. Can you recommend solicitors that are/have been really helpful with this sort of thing? Thanks in advance

I just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear that your husband is separating from you in your time of need. I am in the U.S., so I won't be of any help as far as attorney recommendations. 🙏

Hi NewGoldie

So sorry to read about your separation. I don’t have any specific personal recommendations for your particular situation. But Irwin Mitchell solicitors work with brain injury survivors on Headway’s recommendation. They are a large company so possibly/probably have a team that could help you in your case.

My mother used them for a different type of matter and found them to be very good indeed.

All the best for your future health and take good care of yourself.

Tx
