Hi everyone, I'm Soraya. Frenchie living in the UK.My father has recently passed away after being in a coma for 12 years. It has certainly been an emotional journey.

I am here to connect with other people who went through something similar.

I also want to raise awareness & funds on this particular matter. I cannot find many places online to talk about coma/vegetative state, it looks very niche.

I am wondering where and how to raise money for such a beautiful and heartbreaking condition.

So sorry, but at least such a trying ordeal is finally over?!! I spent a month in mine and my family/ friends went to pieces. Cannot imagine the toll this has taken on y all. Have no idea about what y plan to do just wanted to say how epic u are!!! Hope y can in time find closure after such a trying ordeal. Admire y for the way y handling it. Good luck

Thank you so so much. So sorry you have been on the other side are you all ok now? I am trying to find support groups specifically for families who dealt with relatives in a coma but I cannot find any, whether in the UK or France (where I am from). I want to create one. I feel like it's important people can share it with people who can understand 🙏🏼

Have no idea re support groups other than here. Hope y find some though try social services or mehcap maybe. Am ok thank you, take care
