My close friend had a CT Scan yesterday afternoon & the good news is that ĥis skull fractures are healing. Also the bleeds ɓòth ìnside & òutsìde the ɓraìn haven't ŕe ɓlèeð

He's still ìn a coma (medically induced) òn life support

Hi there purplerain your friends very lucky to have such a caring person as you ! I truelly hope he recovers soon i recently had a brain bleed but luckly im recovering mine was caused by a backward fall ! Take care

My injury was very similar to yours. I collapsed cracking head, resulting in 3 seizures, bleed on brain and fractured skull. 6 months in and still in shock 😲

Such reassuring signs Purple...

Sending all best wishes for your friend's continuing progress, and for a promising awakening when he's ready.

Of course the brain has much more repair work to do than other organs, so usually a fair old wait for loved ones.

But, so far so good, and everything crossed for even better days ahead.
