Wow, a few years ago I was not in a good place, still not in a fantastic one mind, but I had to step away form here for my own health.

Its nice to see still the people that where here before, Cat, Pussinboots and a few others i can remeber, so hi to you you you guys!

Hi to you too DA... it's been a while for sure but good to see you again ! It's one of the many benefits of Headway that we (being creatures of many moods) can come and go according to our mental state & wherewithal without question of judgement.

It's been a scary few years with Covid & the aftermath. Then we had the bizarre pantomime politics here and in the US, and now a tragic war and earthquake. For those of us struggling with brain injury, external events can be an added dampener to keeping up spirits.

I hope we can help keep your spirits up m'love as we all muddle along together with our communal caring and respect.....

Hi Cat.

yes creatures of many moods, just like the real felines - is that why your handle here?

As for the theatrics, the world gone mad - doolally-tap .🤪 makes us look 'sane'! as you say correctly, the external influences the internal so as i've probably preivousy said rarely watch the news - even before covid and its clowns.

As for keeping our spirits up, that is why i think we are all here, to get along, guide, help each other, and be aided when needed, but to shed light into and onto the affects we all endure.
