Here we go again
Hi Spideyman, I’m expecting one as well , I applied end of November not heard anything yet I did send copy letters from consultant my neuro and also my cancer consultant and other evidence, phone last week they said I’m waiting an appointment to go for an assessment. I hope you get sorted with the evidence they need and your claim gets sorted
Hopefully you get your pip entitlement, but be ready to take an appeal all the way.
Hi Spideyman, I relate the same way toward brown envelopes.
Good luck. It does seem the appeal thing happens almost as a matter of course. Maybe you''ll be one of the lucky ones.

It’s such an unfair system. They give you an application form for PIP, but it never seems to be enough for them to score any points from there assessors. Then you have to send extra information and reports from medical specialists, carers, OT, support workers, family members, diary of how life changing injuries affect your day etc…And they still give zero points!
Then it goes to appeal, where 3 unbiased human beings, looking at exactly the same application form and evidence, award points!
