So since April/May time been playing tug and war with coming out of auto pilot/ reaching out. I joined Twitter in June . I joined FB Saturday night and just done my 2nd zoom with group for unpaid carers varieties of disabilities/health conditions met lovely people all walks of life and was nice small size, . I'm going to participate mondays and Tuesdays to fit around, but honestly this be also practise when we get through doors for Headway, as I've realised mouth and brain dont connect, I'm all over the shot when asked, basically from being recluse and not having no one to talk too.

I've joined FB for group relating to brain injury/carers atm . As noticed no groups on twitter. Any one on here on FB groups that would help

Yes I spied on family that walked way on FB, I have no words and wont look again.

Glad you are trying out different groups NB - hope you make some good positive connections with different people.

I think everyone seems to have some sort of struggle with talking and connecting at the moment - it's like a muscle we haven't used recently. Post TBI and post my working life, I'm trying to meet people and make new friends, my art classes have started up recently - which is nice but we don't need to talk much! Nice to be around people again though x

Hi, yes I am on FB, and am linked with a brain injury group, brain injury awareness uk. Twitter I am on, but still haven't really worked out how it works. Think it is more individuals that post various stories of their life as opposed to groups.

I did start a group on FB in support of the NHS, but recently have mothballed the group as their are much bigger groups that are more proactive in campaigning that I am linked with.

I still post in favour of the NHS, but from my page.

Maybe I'll see you sometime on FB? 🍀x
