Sudden strong vibrations in body as if someone is pulling something out of my body

I felt this vibration in my body last night as if someone is pulling something out of my body and the vibration was very very intense for first time i experienced this 2 years back at that time i was frightened and started pulling myself to the opposite side by yesterday i went into it and this vibration went to my brain and then everything stopped... I didn't remember anything after that.. Except that i had dreams..
